Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 15–35 hours per week (flexible working considered)
What You’ll Do
- Manage weekly, monthly, and annual payroll data entry services for clients across multiple sectors.
- Process starters, leavers, workplace pensions
- Calculate and apply statutory payments
- Produce Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) remittance slips and report CIS details to HMRC.
- Handle payroll/CIS reporting and auditing.
- Submit pension declarations and assist with year-end processes.
- Collaborate with accounts and tax teams to produce reports.
- Communicate directly with clients and HMRC, resolving queries and providing guidance.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
